Your Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Merida & Mayan Welcome
Arrive in Mérida and settle into our beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Meet your new travel family and ease into the rhythm of Yucatán life. As the evening unfolds, we’ll gather for a traditional Mayan welcome dinner - a sensory introduction to the flavors, culture, and spirit of the region.
This marks the beginning of our shared journey!

Day 2 – Culture, Color & Connection
Wake slowly and savor a local Yucatán breakfast before moving through a grounding, slow-flow yoga practice. We’ll then step into the vibrant streets of Mérida for a guided walking tour, exploring historic plazas, colorful architecture, and the city’s rich Mayan and colonial roots. Enjoy a locally inspired lunch before returning home for an afternoon of rest, poolside lounging, or quiet integration. As night falls, we gather again for a beautiful shared dinner in the city.

Day 3 – Ancient Ruins & Sacred Cenotes
Ease into the morning before journeying to the ancient ruins of Uxmal, where expansive pyramids and intricate stonework hold centuries of history and energy.
From there, we continue into the surrounding jungle to explore a series of nearby cenotes. Swim in crystal-clear waters surrounded by lush greenery and limestone formations, before gathering for a relaxed late lunch and returning to Mérida.

Lets enjoy a local, group dinner and night out salsa dancing alongside the city’s vibrant energy.

Day 4 – Journey To The Sea
After a slow morning and breakfast, we journey from city to coast, arriving in the laid-back beach town of Progreso.
Check in and head straight to the ocean - soft sands, warm water, and open skies invite a full exhale.
Spend the afternoon beachside before gathering for a relaxed seaside dinner and night out, soaking in the shift from vibrant city energy to coastal calm.
Day 5 – Ocean Rhythms & Coastal Adventure
Wake up and ease into the morning before we journey west along the coast to Celestún for a truly unforgettable experience.
We’ll board small boats and glide through winding mangrove channels, where calm waters and lush surroundings open into expansive lagoons filled with wild flamingos in their natural habitat. After time on the water, we’ll gather for a relaxed beachside lunch before returning to Progreso for a dinner & night out on the beach!

Return to shore for a relaxed evening, with space to unwind or enjoy the local beach town energy.

Day 6 – Integration & Mérida Return
Enjoy a slow, spacious morning by the ocean before we make our way back to Mérida.
Spend the afternoon soaking in your final moments — whether that’s shopping, café hopping, or simply relaxing at our space.
In the evening, we gather for a final farewell dinner - a celebration of connection, growth, and the journey we’ve shared together.
Day 7 – The Journey Continues
Enjoy one last breakfast together before departures.
Leave feeling grounded, expanded, and deeply connected - to yourself, to each other, and to the magic of Yucatán.

Retreat FAQs
1. Which airport do I need to fly in and out of? Plus airport code.
Fly into Athens Airport (ATH) first and then to Santorini International Airport (JTR).
2. What time should my flight arrive (in time for the welcome meeting)?
We suggest arriving to Santorini before 4 pm on Day 1, to allow yourself enough time to freshen up before our welcome dinner! Check in at the hotel is from 3 pm.
3. What time should my flight depart on the last day?
There are no planned activities for Day 10, so you can depart at your own leisure. Athens Airport (ATH) is approximately 30 minutes (by car) or 1 hour (by train) from your final hotel. Your Guides can help you book transfers the night before if needed.
4. Is transportation included?
Some of it, yes. All inter-island ferries – Santorini to Naxos, Naxos to Paros, and Paros to Athens – are included. In addition, group transfers by van / bus are included for excursions such as Fira to Kamari Beach, Fira to Oia, Oia to the Sunset Catamaran, and Paros to Naoussa. Flights to and from the islands, as well as airport transfers, are not included. Your Guides will help coordinate shared taxis or transfers so you can split costs with other Pathfinders whenever possible.
5. Are tips included?
Some, yes! Tips for your Guides as well as your Catamaran crews in Santorini and Naxos are included in the cost of this adventure. Tips for drivers, restaurants, and any additional services are not included and are left to your discretion. In Greece, it’s customary to tip about 2–3 EUR per transfer for drivers and 5–10% of the bill in restaurants and cafés (rounding up is perfectly fine). However, all tips are at your discretion depending on what you feel comfortable with.
6. What vaccinations and medication will I need?
While we are not medical professionals and cannot offer personalized medical advice, we want to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable adventure. Here are some tips to help you prepare.
1. Consult with a healthcare professional
We recommend scheduling an appointment with your travel nurse or doctor at least eight weeks before your adventure. This will give you ample time to receive any necessary vaccines or medications.
2. Up-to-date medical advice
• UK residents: visit the 'NHS Fit For Travel' website for the latest medical advice.
• US residents: check the 'U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention' website for specialized health information.
• Australian residents: refer to the 'Smart Traveler Health' website for current medical advice.
3. Government travel advice

• US residents: consult the 'US Department of State Travel Advice' for important travel information.
• Australian residents: check the 'Smart Traveler' website for up-to-date travel advice.
4. Medication tips
If you take prescription medication, ensure you bring enough to last the entire adventure, plus a few extra days in case of travel delays. Carry a copy of your prescription with you in case you need to visit a clinic while abroad.
We hope this information will help you prepare for a safe and healthy adventure.
7. Do I need a visa?
Up-to-date visa and entry information can be found using our official partner, Sherpa, who can help you arrange a visa if needed. You can also find essential travel advice – including security and local laws, as well as passport and visa information – on the government website of your home country: • UK residents: review the 'Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) Travel Advice' before your adventure. • US residents: consult the 'US Department of State Travel Advice' for important travel information. Australian residents: check the 'Smart Traveler' website for up-to-date travel advice. • Residents of other countries: refer to the travel advice provided by your own government or local consulate. Please be aware that passport and visa requirements can change before departure, so it’s important to stay updated with the latest information.
8. Is there a lot of free time on this adventure?
This Greek odyssey strikes a balance between scheduled activities and free time, allowing you to explore at your own pace. Each full day of the journey includes some free time for you to enjoy and explore. If you prefer a more fast-paced experience, you may want to arrange extra activities during these periods – your Guides will be happy to suggest options and assist with bookings. For more detailed information about the itinerary, please reach out to our Travel Experts who are here to help you make the most of your adventure.
9. Are there any optional experiences?
Yes! We offer two highly recommended add-ons that elevate your Greek Isles journey:
Sunset Catamaran in Santorini (Oia) – Sail along Santorini’s dramatic coastline, stop for a refreshing swim, and enjoy a traditional Greek meal with unlimited drinks on board. The evening concludes with the island’s world-famous Oia sunset viewed from the water.
Full-Day Catamaran & Snorkeling in Naxos – Spend the day exploring hidden coves and crystalline waters around Naxos. Swim, snorkel, and relax on deck while enjoying a fresh Greek lunch with unlimited drinks, all set against the breathtaking Aegean backdrop.
Details on pricing and availability will be shared during your discovery call!
10. Are there any extra costs to be aware of?
Any personal purchases are not included in your retreat rate. This can include things like food or drinks outside of the included group meals, souvenirs or personal shopping, optional activities not part of the itinerary, and some beaches may charge for lounge chairs or umbrellas. Everything included in your retreats package such as ferries, vans, busses, guided classes, select meals, and gratuities for your Guides and Catamaran crews are already covered, so all other extras are entirely at your discretion.
11. Do I have to share a room?
Not at all. While many guests choose to share, solo rooms are available for $4,750. We’ll walk you through both options during your discovery call so you can decide what feels most comfortable for your journey.
12. Will this itinerary change?
Please be aware that the itinerary, activities and hotels are subject to change. These changes can happen with little notice due to availability, poor weather, seasonal changes, or other circumstances beyond our control – but we’ll always do our best to ensure it has little impact on your experience. From time to time, we may also make changes to your itinerary to try out new ideas and keep things fresh and exciting.
