Your Itinerary

Day 1 – Belize Arrival. Island Welcome.
Arrive in Belize City and take a quick flight or ferry to the laid-back island of Caye Caulker. Settle into your boutique guesthouse, meet your guides, and join us for a sunset circle and Caribbean welcome dinner under the stars.
This marks the beginning of our shared journey!

Day 2 – Move. Breathe. Be Free.
Ease into island rhythm with morning yoga and breathwork by the sea. After breakfast, enjoy free time to swim, explore, or lounge with new friends. Evening happy hour on the beach and local Belizean dinner to follow!

Day 3 – Sailing. Snorkeling. Adventure
Set sail across turquoise waters for a day of reef snorkeling, and sun-soaked bliss. A fresh-caught Belizean lunch awaits onboard. Return for a free evening and join a delicious group dinner in town.

Day 4 – Barre. Balance. Belonging.
Start the day with a barre-inspired movement session, then explore the colorful streets of Caye Caulker – "Go Slow" is the island motto. Then, gather for a traditional Belizean dinner (fresh seafood, plantains, laughter), followed by a night out!
Day 5 – Integration & Farewell
Close your retreat with a morning yoga and journaling circle. This your chance to reflect, release, and set your intention for what comes next. Depart with a lighter heart and stronger body.

Retreat FAQs
1. Where is Belize?
Belize is a country on the north-eastern coast of Central America. It's bordered by Mexico to the north, the Caribbean Sea to the east, and Guatemala to the west and south. It also shares a water boundary with Honduras to the southeast.
2. Which airport do I need to fly in and out of? Plus airport code.
Fly into Belize City (BZE). From there, you’ll take a 10-minute flight or 45-minute ferry to Caye Caulker – our team will guide you every step of the way.
3. Is airfare included?
Airfare is not included, but we’ll assist you with finding the best flights and transfer timing.
4. Is there a deposit?
Yes! A $300 non-refundable deposit secures your spot.
5. Are payment plans available?
Yes. Flexible options are available. We’ll customize a plan that works for you.
6. Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, it’s required for all participants. We recommend Travelex Insurance Services.
7. Do I have to share a room?
Shared and solo room options are both available. Many travelers come solo and leave with lifelong friends.
8. How much free time is there?
Each day offers space for rest, beach walks, and self-reflection. This is your time to slow down, not fill up.
9. Are there any additional costs for this retreat?
Yes. Your airfare, two lunches, two dinners, beverages, and the optional excursions.
10. How much more money should I expect to spend?
The 2 lunches and 2 group dinners that are not included can range from $15-$30 (USD) per meal. Additionally, there are several lovely vendors on the island selling souvenirs, local snacks, fresh coconuts, etc. that vary in price, and are all extremely affordable.
11. Are all food and beverages included on this trip?
No, and we are happy to share why! As we are not utilizing the same chef or restaurant each day for lunch and dinner, we want you to experience a variety of restaurants, food, and drinks on the island. We will have reservations for group dinners each night at only the best restaurants. You are encouraged to join us, but also free to do as you please.
12. Does Belize accept credit cards or do I need cash?
Yes, all major restaurants accept credit cards. We recommend notifying your bank prior that you will be travelling internationally. Cash is also accepted, and all establishments accept US dollars as a form of payment (1 US Dollar = 2 Belizean Dollars).
