SAMARA ARIEL
Samara was born and raised in New York. Her love for movement and dance began at 3 years old while performing on stage and learning choreography. She competed in vocal and dance competitions throughout childhood, winning numerous awards across the United States.
With degrees in Musical Theatre and Personal Development, Samara deeply values living her life in the present, and believes there is no better way to experience the present than through fitness, performing arts, and travel.
Samara is an avid Barre Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Educator, and Traveler. She loves curating health and wellness retreats where attendees can build community and form positive human connections. Creating these experiences through fitness and travel are what bring true joy to her life!
SAM JUSINO
Sam is a lifelong athlete and martial artist, bringing a wealth of passion and experience to every class. A Shotokan Karate black belt, Sam has competed on the international stage across Asia and the United States, earning numerous accolades for his skill and dedication.
Beyond Karate, Sam is certified to teach Meditation, Breathwork, Self-Defense, and Muay Thai Kickboxing, making him a versatile and holistic fitness instructor.
Now based in San Diego, Sam is driven by a mission to help others reach their fullest potential through movement and mindfulness. His classes are not just workouts – they're transformative experiences that empower you to harness your inner strength and achieve balance in body, mind, and spirit. Where is Caye Caulker, Belize?Caye Caulker is a small island located five miles off the coast of the Belizean mainland. Often described as Ambergris Caye's hipper, younger sibling, Caye Caulker's unofficial motto is “No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem” and "GO SLOW!"

Do I have to share a bedroom?No, you do not! The Private Queen and Queen Suite are two options to enjoy a bedroom all to your yourself.

Is there a daily schedule or itinerary?Of course! We are curating a dynamic schedule that will be shared with you prior to our trip. Your time on Caye Caulker will include movement classes, journaling, meditation, empowering workshops / conversations, relaxation on the Caribbean, delicious meals, off island excursions, and more!

What is the cost of the retreat?The prices range from $1,699 - $2,399 depending on the room that you book.

Is there a deposit for this retreat?Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit of $300, which guarantees your spot at the retreat.

Are there any discounts available?We have Early Bird Pricing available! Save $100 when you pay in full before September 15th, 2024. Note - If other discount codes should be available, only one discount can be applied during booking!

Is there an option for a payment plan?Yes! As each person's situation is unique, payment plan details are available upon request.

What additional costs are there for this retreat?Your airfare, two lunches, two dinners, beverages, and the two optional excursions – Snorkeling Day Trip and Sunset Catamaran, and Private Massage (prices coming soon).

How much more money should I expect to spend?The 2 lunches and 2 group dinners that are not included can range from $15-$30 (USD) per meal. Additionally, there are several lovely vendors on the island selling souvenirs, local snacks, fresh coconuts, etc. that vary in price, and are all extremely affordable.

Are all food and beverages included on this trip?No, and we are happy to share why! As we are not utilizing the same chef or restaurant each day for lunch and dinner, we want you to experience a variety of restaurants, food, and drinks on the island. We will have reservations for group dinners each night at only the best restaurants. You are encouraged to join us, but also free to do as you please.

Does Belize accept credit cards or do I need cash?Yes, all major restaurants accept credit cards. We recommend notifying your bank prior that you will be travelling internationally. Cash is also accepted, and all establishments accept US dollars as a form of payment (1 US Dollar = 2 Belizean Dollars).
